new hall new walls

for the past FEW months, mum has been complaining on how badly she wans the house to be re-painted but as usual her complaining was of no use coz no action wud b taken but amazingly, dis time my dad actually said ok u buy the paint i provide labour. haha. so sterday afternoon, mum n i went to paint shop to choose wat colour(really dark brown n yellow(nice) n to purchase the paint..clearly my dad said i will giv no colour comment, im just goin to provide labour but shud hav known better, after we came home wit the paint dat we purchased, he said omg wat a colour laa. SIGH! MEN! anyhoos, when we got home after buying the paint, the house was a mess coz everything was removed n pushed to the middle, astho we just shifted in. work began, dad painted the feature wall dark brown while nashvin painted the other wall yellow, work continued in progress n it took FOREVER coz after painting FOUR walls, dad wanted to paint the wall at the staircase which involved lots of paint scrapping and cleaning up, then had to paint ceiling! sigh! u can imagine how TIRED we were not only dad n nashvin but daevind n MYSELF coz i was heping around TOO, i even painted a LITTLE! haha. work ended bout 10 sumthing n we had a NEW HALL WIT NEW WALLS but dad was SHIT XHAUSTED d laa, leg all throbbing d, neck aching, etc etc.... obviously enuf i had to snap away while work was in progress so here r the pics n hopefully videos :)
