I totally agree that this is a murder. I am doctor , in service for past 8 years. Have done forensics in medical schools too. Let me explain why I say this is a murder. Just look at the pictures of this poor man’s body. He was tortured. 2nd, it is very rare for a young man like Kugan to die from fluid in lung!. Only old people with problems such as diabetes and heart failure get fluid in lung, not young man like Kugan. 3rd, for a person to collaspe and die suddenly, there can be only one explaination…massive internal organ injuries such as injuries to lung and heart. It can only be caused by … blunt trauma, attacks that are directed to chest wall that crush the vital organ and make them failure suddenly.

Another important issue here, medical fields have developed for the past 5000 years not created over night. There is great differrence between injuries done to the body while the person is still alive9 antemortem) and injuries done to it AFTER the person is death. It is call postmortem wounds. Any forensic doctors can find the differences between both the wounds. Thus the remark by self made medical doctor, Selangor Police chief, Khalid that the death man’s family enter the hospital and temper the evidences is TOTALLY BASELESS. TO KHALID, WHERE DID U GET UR MEDICAL DEGREE?. With all the twisted facts, I am 100% sure that this is a murder. An Khalid is also involved, he sure be sacked and taken to court to face the justice.

SIIIIGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! dats the MAIN word to describe how i feel!! sorry i mean to describe how all the 5 gamma students feel. so if u r not apart of us, trust me, be XTREMLY THANKFUL!!!!! go ahead and thank ur teachers ASAP coz the homework load we have is soooo heavy dat we practically r burried sooo deep under dat we are STRUGGLING to make our way up to the surface again! u wudnt wanna knw how much homework we have in such a short period of time!! hmm lets c, i shall try listing out the homework okay hopefully i dont miss out any but the chances of missing sum out r very high coz i cant even keep track of my hw! hahaha. first of all we hav physics but thank the lord its ONLI two questions. we hav est which is three FULL pages worth of exercises, we hav english hw which is divided into normal eng and LOTS of eng lit questions which i cant even answer or more of dun even wan to try answering coz i never read dat dumb story so i hav no freakin clue how to answer those questions. moving on, i hav bm homework which includes tatabahasa, nota komsas for sum kezaliman membawa padah thing n sypnosis for every bab of konserto terakhir!! continuing, we hav TONS of maths worksheets n BLADY graphs to draw n MORE graphs to do on the computer n print them out. once again if ur maths teacher isnt pn.zuraimah, BE THANKFUL!!! got sejarah nota to do bab 1 and bab 2 n 8 pages if i am not mistaken of sejarah latihan to do which we MUST do on the computer n upload it to our particular files which is soo annoying n troublesome to sit at the comp wit my textbook by my side n to do 8 pages worth of hw...my neck can die la. just typing this post and surfing the net doin regular stuff already gave me a neck ache!! got moral kerja khusus to complete and must do ORAL for english n est presentation!! SIGGGHHHHH!!! c wat i mean!!! oh ya not forgetting add maths for the other students that r actually taking add maths coz im xtremly PROUD to say i DROPPED dat sub!!!!! :D:D:D all in all we hav hw for EVERY sub XCEPT bio n chem!!! god save us frm this torture!! sum pics to describe to u how i feel :):)

valentines!!

in conjuction wit valentines day which i believe is two weeks away, i decided to change my page header, font, background colour and pretty much everything else. actually i wanted to change the whole layout but sumhow i cant manage to do it. i followed the instructions given at a particular website but i still cant successfully change my layout n dat pisses me off coz i hav been trying for a millions times but still cant seem to change it. so in the end i just changed the colour la. SIGH! sumone please help me!! ur help is very much appreciated :) anyways, hope u guys do like this layout n everything. pls do leave ur comments. thank u. :)

things i want :)

lately, i dunno y, but i hav been wanting lots of things but i believe those things r reasonable stuff la, im not askin for sumthing out of the ordinary or sumthing dats cost a bomb but i just want things which i feel are necessary to me :)

1) i want a small cute adorable WELL TRAINED(potty trained mainly) puppy :)
2) i want to straighten my hair then go curl the bottom :)
3) i want to pierce my nose altho im afraid of the pain :(
4) i want a new pillow to sleep on as my current one is getting too flat n shappy as in its sinking in at certain parts la :(
5) i WANT and NEED to repair my beloved phone which is currently suffering frm turning on problems. nw when i turn it on, a blank white screen appears n it doesnt move from that screen! :(:(:(
6) i dunno y but i just wan to go to the cinema coz hmm, honestly i dunno y, guess i feel dat it has been quite sumtime since i hav been there
7) i want dvds. i wan yes man, bedtime stories, twilight, beverly hills chihuahua and a few others which i currently cant seem to recall but i STILL wan them :)
8) i WANT to watch pink panther 2 and the confessions of a shopaholic!! :)
9) i want to do something for thaipusam altho i didnt make any special vow or watsoeva but i just feel like doing sumthing coz i dunno, just feel like giving thanks for no particular reason and also coz i participated in the last two thaipusams n suddenly this year i feel empty coz higly likely i wudnt b doin anything :(:( doesnt feel the same! :(:(

only three words to describe my skool n the YPC, stupid low mentality! last week thursday, the YPC held the pmr results thing for the cemerlang students n as usual every year it is held in my skool. n this year, since the period they wanted to hav this event is around the whole israel thing, the YPC decided to collect donations for palestine, OBVIOUSLY enuf u knw y they support palestine la! but hey i dun hav ANY problem watsoeva if they wanna collect donations but they went OVERBOARD when they began to ask/force the innocent form 2 students which im pretty sure majority of them DUN EVEN KNW wat the hell is this all about, to paint posters which state their opinion, bantahan n their feelings on how they MENGUTUK KEKEJAMAN ISRAEL n BLA BLA BLA!! how stupid and ridiculous is this? i mean its their choice la who they wan to support but they SHUDNT use the students and skool to xpress their bias-ness! incase they dont realise, its a blady skool not sum godforsaken parliment for them to bring such issues. they use the skool and students as a medium to xpress their opinions, like wat the hell la, if u wan to xpress ur feelings, use other ways NOT the students n skool. it just shows how low ur damn mentality is. n the best part, they got the guts to say ' ini bukan demonstrasi, ini hanya pertunjukan sokongan kita'! my ass la! u get 30 students to hold up posters n banners in front on hundreds of people n in front of the press n u CLAIM its not a demonstration! i mean if u really cared bout the whole war situation and if they truly cared bout PEACE, then the posters should not be one sided, it should b for both countries, not just supporting one country coz dat means u r not actually caring bout peace in general but u r just bein BIAS! SIGH! i feel ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSED N DISGRACED by the skool n the YPC! i shall stop here coz if i mention anymore, haha, i wudnt b VERY FAR frm being in ISA, oops, i mean i WOULD b in ISA! for the people who r not in my skool, here r sum pics for u to c how ridiculous these people are(skool n YPC)

lol, i knw the title seems kinda weird n confusing-ish i guess, but no worries the story behind the title is really simple! :) well dat day in skool, blaise n i were just sitting in class by ourselves as vid the pig as usual didnt turn up to skool. anyhoos, farhana, wafaa n nad occupy they tables in front of us. bak to the main story, yea like i was saying blaise n i were just chit chatting n suddenly felt this urge to create names for them as they r superly cute adorable n i dunno,lol. so here r the names we came up for them, farhana is miss slim which is a combination of alim n sexy as she looks darn alim n all, very polite n u knw low profile but if u knw her, she has this sexy attitude. hey dun get the wrong idea k, i mean sexy as in happening. lol if u knw her u will knw la, dats if u think like me n blaise. anyhoos, wafaa is miss sexaayy!! dats coz few days ago she had this bad sore throat so her voice was all husky but sexaayy so yea dats how her name originated! :) n here comes the SUPER CUTE nad, obviously enuf her name is miss cute coz hey SHES REALLY CUTE, especially her cheeks!! tadaa, so there u go, the sotry behind the title. :)

a slight change

hey, well due to certain reasons, i have decided to slightly change my blog's purpose. frm just posting up pics i have decided to also blog bout sum daily stuff coz i realised dat theres not many events coming along n therefore dat wud mean my blog not bein updated for a long period, therefore instead of leaving it dead, i decided to blog bout other stuff which i feel like blogging bout :)

new hall new walls

for the past FEW months, mum has been complaining on how badly she wans the house to be re-painted but as usual her complaining was of no use coz no action wud b taken but amazingly, dis time my dad actually said ok u buy the paint i provide labour. haha. so sterday afternoon, mum n i went to paint shop to choose wat colour(really dark brown n yellow(nice) n to purchase the paint..clearly my dad said i will giv no colour comment, im just goin to provide labour but shud hav known better, after we came home wit the paint dat we purchased, he said omg wat a colour laa. SIGH! MEN! anyhoos, when we got home after buying the paint, the house was a mess coz everything was removed n pushed to the middle, astho we just shifted in. work began, dad painted the feature wall dark brown while nashvin painted the other wall yellow, work continued in progress n it took FOREVER coz after painting FOUR walls, dad wanted to paint the wall at the staircase which involved lots of paint scrapping and cleaning up, then had to paint ceiling! sigh! u can imagine how TIRED we were not only dad n nashvin but daevind n MYSELF coz i was heping around TOO, i even painted a LITTLE! haha. work ended bout 10 sumthing n we had a NEW HALL WIT NEW WALLS but dad was SHIT XHAUSTED d laa, leg all throbbing d, neck aching, etc etc.... obviously enuf i had to snap away while work was in progress so here r the pics n hopefully videos :)

New Year's Eve

for this year's new year's eve, my cousin sis invited us over to her place for dinner n just to chill out n usher in the new year at her place. so yea we went and v had an absolutely DELICIOUS dinner n after dat we played dis board game called MAD then we just chilled..had sum drinks n later went out to catch the fireworks n usher in 2009 together...so here r the pics which i took last nite :) sorry bout the fireworks pic..it turned out horrible la but nvm shall just post it anyways just to show u how horrible it ended up being. hahaha. n oh ya, just wanna upload sum crazy pics of my bro coz sterday afternoon we headed to bangsar's party shop as my other bro had to attend a masquerade party n he needed a mask so we went to get him one...n in the process, daevind saw this fake vampire teeth thing n he obviously asked mummy to buy it for him so yea i took a pic of him posing before n after his vampire teeth. :p

El Cerdo

last sunday mum wanted to giv nashvin n dad a treat....VERY belated birthday dinner for dad n a kinda late welcome home treat for nashvin after returning frm aussie afta ONE year..so she took us to this spanish restaurant called El Cedro at bukit bintang. dat shop is ALL about pig pig pig n more pig! hahaha, there r other dishes but its mainly pig as dats it's speciality. even the door knobs had pic of monalisa but instead of putting her face it was replaced wit a PIG! haha. even in the restrooms...its decorated wit pics of CUTE LIL PIGGIES!! adorable much! well i managed to take sum pics but cudnt take wit my camera coz it died out on me the moment after i took TWO pics...so had to settle wit my hp camera ONCE again! sigh! i soo badly wanted to take a pic of the pig version of monalisa but kinda malu la coz got MANY ppl n they mite think i sgt jakun so decided not to :p sorry!
